Caleb x Drones

I've had the incredible opportunity to learn how to fly drones, a passion I have brought with me all around the world. From capturing Shanghai's stunning urban skyline, to intense FPV racing, each flight is an exhilarating experience. Whether soaring over iconic landmarks or navigating through bustling streets, I am always seeking to discovering new horizons.

In our makerspace, I’ve immersed myself in research and hands-on design, building drones of all sizes and functions from scratch. My projects range from developing attachable payloads for delivery drones to designing autonomous flight pathing systems as ell as innovative cooling and stabilization mechanisms. I also serve as a mentor for younger members of our organization, providing valuable advice on best practices, troubleshooting, and fostering creativity in their own projects.

From manually operated synchronized performances to spectacular  displays featuring up to 50 autonomous drones, I’ve been a key contributor in every phase and event of our CISS's HIVE division—part of the larger Phoenix Squadron club. My journey encompasses design, operation, and instruction, allowing us to create mesmerizing aerial spectacles that captivate audiences and elevate events to new heights.

From capturing the thrill of sports events to the magic of Christmas tree lightings and heartfelt anniversaries, I’ve honed my skills in photography and film to provide a unique perspective from the skies. Each event is an opportunity to freeze moments in time and create lasting memories, showcasing the beauty and emotion that unfolds below.
